Posted February 5, 2018

At around 9:00 A.M. today, February 5, 2018, the BJMP National Capital Region held the “Araw ng Parangal, Donning of Ranks, and Oath Taking Ceremony” headed by its Regional Director, J/CSUPT DENNIS U. ROCAMORA CESE.
BJMP Efficiency Medals (Medalya ng Kasanayan) were awarded to four Jail Officer Ranks and eight Jail Non Officer Ranks for their exceptional contribution and invaluable service to the Bureau.
On the other hand, fifty-seven newly promoted JNORs together with their respective families and loved ones attended the donning of ranks and took their oath of office officiated by J/CSUPT. ROCAMORA. In his message, the Regional Director congratulated the awardees and the newly promoted personnel. He emphasized that in the same manner that erring personnel should be made answerable administratively for their actions, personnel who deserve recognition for his or her contribution must also be applauded. For the newly promoted, he reminded them that the line added to their respective chevrons not only means something to be proud of for their sacrifices and contribution to the service but an expectation of them to give their best more than what they had given from their previous rank.
The program ended with photo opportunities of the awardees and the newly promoted JNORs with the Regional Director and his command group.
